Who this desk is for
The Rescue Desk is for time-sensitive, contracted transactions that match all of these conditions:
- Closing is scheduled within 10 calendar days.
- The request is for a double close or same-day gap advance.
- The property is business-purpose and non-owner-occupied.
- You have an executed purchase contract.
- For a double close, an end buyer has been identified.
This desk cannot evaluate:
- Earnest money funding
- Consumer-purpose loans
- Owner-occupied property
- Uncontracted or hypothetical transactions
